Excellent experience for me and my pet! I would recommend this company to anyone.

My cat was loved and well taken care of. Daily pictures were so great so we could see that he was happy.

My dog is happy when he goes to play at Pet Paradise. I have no reservation sending him because I know he will be cared for and safe.

I brought 4 dogs to the Jacksonville Airport location for a week while I was on vacation. It was a clean and fun location. A team member noticed a hot spot on my eldest dog and the onsite vet was able to clear up the issue. I felt like I was able to be on vacation and n oi t worry about my babies the whole week! I would recommend Pet Paradise to friends and bring my animals back.

The staff knows our dog and what he likes. They throw the ball or toys by the pool. Our dog retrieves toys and loves to swim. The staff greets our dog by his name and seem to care about him. Most staff has been employed at Pet Paradise for a few years or more since we moved to the Orlando area. We like that we drop the pup off then go park at Wally Park. They drop us at the airport free and then pick us up on our return fight and drive us to their parking lot. Then we pick up our pup and go home.

I never have a problem making the reservation and Bella is well taken care of.

My family and I are always pleased when taking out bed for boarding.

We Love Pet Paradise! They take such great care of Baxter! He loves to go to play with his puppy friends. The minute we say...want to go to puppy day care?? He runs to the door, back to fetch his leash and back to the door! He gets so excited! It's nice knowing he is taken care of by a team that loves him as much as he loves it there! We highly recommend Pet Paradise!!
