I have used your boarding and day care services at leave three times and have always been pleased with the exception of this time. It wasn't that I wasn't pleased ; however, I was upset when I picked up my dog and brought him home. He had multiple flea, tick or mosquito bites on his neck. My suggestion is that all pets be required to have a flea, tick and mosquito collar on and if not Pet Paradise should provide them at the expense of the pet's owner. Or the owner should provide verification that their pet has had a form of flea prevention {i.e., shot, pill or collar). My dog had the prevention pills yet was still bitten.

My dog really enjoys going to Pet Paradise. I love that I feel he is really cared for when I board him. Even when time has passed, they always greet him by name when I am dropping him off. As far as I know, they only discount for second dog staying in same kennel, and for many days of overnight kenneling but not for repeat customers that only use a few days at a time 🙃. Good environment for content pets!

The place looked very clean, and I thought the staff was very friendly and caring. They gave my dog a clean up bath, and he seemed in good health and happy when I picked him up.

The staff are great and very responsive. The cat area is pretty small, which is my only criticism. Our cat stayed there for five days and came home healthy and happy.

Groomer Patrick is excellent.

I really liked this facility. Nice playroom and outdoor pool. Staff was personable and professional. My puppy seemed very happy when I picked him up from day camp. I was given a tour upon request and was shown his quarters during his stay. After only 2 visits, I noted that when I tried reaching the facility by phone a couple of times to check on my puppy, I couldn't get an answer. I also noted there was no Vet on site. Hopefully in the near future one will be on site.

Love the facility and the way things are setup. It truly is a pet resort and not some cage that animals have to stay in all day. The staff is also great.
