I have been taking my dogs to PP for at least 4 years. My dogs like to go and play with their friends. The staff turnover is high, the staff lady that ran the therapeutic pool is no longer there and the prices keep going up.

Every time I bring my guys there is a great experience.

We have been customers of Pet Paradise for about 5 years. Our boxer Baily gets excellent care and loves to go! My only concern is that the prices continue to escalate and the staff turn-over is high. Even still, it is a great place for our pets!

Great staff at Ormond, somewhat helpful at Sanford. Would liked to see packages with more playtime, not so expensive

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean environment!! I have my cat boarded very frequently and the staff all know my cat by name and are very sweet and helpful. Prices have gone up a bit, but quality of service is superb!!!

Satisfied with Pet Paradise but they need a ramp or steps in the parking lot so cars can back up to it to get older dogs with hip problems into the car easier.
