Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Great service for traveling families with pets. Only thing I would improve is the ability to see your pet and a note telling you when they are scheduled to play. They followed my instructions on my pet to a T!

My husky had an absolute blast here. I picked her up and she was so excited to see me and slept the rest of the evening into the next morning. However, when we got home, she drank so much water that she threw it right back up. I am not sure if she didn't get enough during the day or if she was being water aggressive or what happened.

Our dog Dixie loves it here. Staff is very friendly and seem to care about the animals.

I know my dogs enjoy playing with other dogs in Pet Paradise and staffs are doing the best they can to keep all dogs safe and happy, otherwise my loyal companions will not be eager to enter the building when I drop them off. But customer service training should be given to an employee who doesn’t have knowledge on how to interact with clients. This was just based from my previous experience with Pet Paradise. Over all my dogs enjoy being with other dogs.

Very nice facility, sometimes it is hard to contact someone at the facility because they are so busy. The 800 number has NO clue what they are doing.

I had taken my 7month pup Jersey here for a free orientation approx March . The staff on the phone taking the appt. was very friendly and pleasant. The friendly staff at the front desk gave me a tour of the facility. I was pleased with the the layout of the facility it was clean and bright. When I picked up Jersey I was given a verbal report and report card, which I appreciated the feedback. This was my 1st time leaving him someplace, so I was very nervous, but the staff put me at ease. I would probably take him there again, but it's not close to my home.

Very friendly & professional. Dogs ❤️!

I like pet paradise but compared to other boarding places prices are very high.
