Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Willies Pet Paradise is the best pet stay where I have left my pet. Great open space for the dogs to run around and friendly staff with who the dogs seem to be super comfortable will be very visible as soon as you are inside. The food and grooming services are good and the dogs seem to enjoy both. The daily videos that the staff send across is very reassuring for us. The concept of a cafe inside for pet loving people is a great idea. It is great that they have a complimentary swimming class for dogs staying more than a week. In fact, one of my relatives said they would prefer to be a dog if they get such royal treatment as my pet !

It was my first time brining my dog for a groom. I called the morning of and was able to get an appointment. They made the process extremely easy and the entire staff was very pleasant. I have a Goldendoodle and I’m really picky about his cut but they did exactly what I asked for. They are very affordable but don’t skimp on the quality of work or their customer service.

Lauren Flourney shines with her love for animals! My dog is always happy to see Lauren, and dogs know best!

Great staff, management, and facilities. They cared about my animals the entire time they were in their care. I reviewed the cameras and saw my dogs having a blast in the play yards.

I have never trusted a kennel more than I do Pet Paradise! We happened to check in on the live camera feed on our dog's final day at the resort and, coincidentally, he was out doing his one-on-one play time. There were 4+ staff members with him, one of them even IN the pool, loving on him and giving him their undivided attention. Seeing this made me feel so at peace knowing my dog was safe and happy.

We love the staff at pet paradise in wilmington. This weekend we are traveling out of town and needed help with a special reservation. Antionette at the Matthews NC location was extremely informative, kind, and overall gave exceptional customer service experience.

I believe my kitty loved this place, she didn’t want to leave and the personal loved her. They were so nice and kind to us. Every morning when I woke up I used to check the webcam; the first two days I feel like she was a little shy but then she was having it, she also loves to be around people. She was there for 9 days and she is sooo healthy. I really recommend this place the only bad thing was that the sound of the webcam wasn’t working but that isn’t really a problem to me. Thanks for giving my daughter, Saphyra, a good experience <3

This was the first time we boarded our pet Barrett. The experience for us was great. Check in was easy and Barrett was ready for fun. We were hesitant as he has never been away from us. When we picked him up Barrett was happy and ready to play some more.
