Staff is great very clean environment. Would suggest more interactive staff play time with the dogs

We left my 2 boxers at the Will Clayton location Memorial Day weekend. On our way home 2 1/2 hours away I get a phone call and wanted to know if I got here email the day before. I told her no, I wasn’t checking my e-mails. Well she called to let me know my baby boxer was eating, was throwing up and diarrhea and wasn’t sure if we wanted to take him to a vet. Not now we’re on our way home and will be back sooner than planned. Duke Lost over 10 lbs in those 3 days. We took him the day we picked him up the the Emergency Vet Clinic, a holiday, right at 1000.00. 3 more times that week to his vet and back to the Emergency Clinic last Friday. He had to be euthanize. I don’t understand why we were not called sooner. Don’t send a e-mail when you see a sick puppy and wait for the next day to call a client. Very disturb with the way this was handled, not a very good experience for our first visit over night stay.

My dogs appear to like going to the facility and I appreciate the fact the staff takes good care of them. The staff provides good customer service and is always very friendly. It is an inviting and welcoming environment each time we board the dogs.

My pup had a blast! Especially in the pool!

Our 3 kids have been coming here for sometime, they are taken care of and looked after, we have never had any issues with injury's or have ever felt like our babies were mistreated in any way. The staff are very friendly and accommodating with all my request. Our dogs mean the world to us if I felt in anyway that PP would not provide a safe and happy environment than they simply wouldn't return. It helps me relax knowing that they are there.

First time I used Pet Paradise as Pet Paradise. Used them before when it was Pampered Pets on 3 different occasions. I have 3 cats, all different ages (one is a 13-16 y.o. senior). While I feel the boarding fee is reasonable, I don't remember the "extras" being quite so high...too high for me personally as I am a senior on a fixed income. Anyway, because I was moving and didn't want the kittkes going through the trauma, I had given specific needs in detail on the on-line pre-registration, but had to go through the very same exercise when dropping them off, taking about 15 min. of extra time I didn't really have as the movers were waiting for me when I got home. There was confusion at the desk, i.e. which one was going to check them in, etc. While I'm sure I'll use Pet Paradise again, I miss the extra mile that I had always experienced when it was Pampered Pets.

The only issue I had was being unable to see my pet on the in house cameras. I could not get them to work on line/
