Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

The staff was great from the time we dropped off Caesar. The facility was very clean. The only thing for us was.... we didn’t feel he got much play time because he is not fixed and can not be with the other dogs. We tried to watch on the video cam but only seen him once. For the most part, we were satisfied and planned on taking him back for another stay.

She came home thirsty very thirsty for the second time I need to reminded then she drinks water maybe more then other dogs.

My pups love coming here and seeing their fav reps and socializing.

Very caring staff!

I'm a business traveler and frequently board my dogs at Pet Paradise at Jacksonville International Airport. They love going there and after trying several boarding facilities, Pet Paradise is the only place I trust to take care of my dogs. I consider Pet Paradise a travel service. All other travel services that I use provide a frequent traveler program. I don't understand why Pet Paradise doesn't do that. I've boarded my 2 dogs around 60 days since October 2017 of last year. The facility I use uses Flok and I was told that they could contact Flok to provide them with my stays but the staff don't seem to know how to do that. I like to have my dogs bathed at the end of their stay because they are frankly stinky. At my last stay when I asked for pricing I was told that they now use professional groomers and that the groomers would determine the price based on "how they feel." With that said, love the service, the attention to quality care of pets, the quality of the facility and flexible hours for picking up.

I recently had reservations for my dog. It turns out that she was due to have her shots since it has been a year. The problem was that I could not leave her because she needed the updated shots to be with the other dogs. I understand. My problem was that you folk knew she needed shots and did not say anything prior to me taking the trip to your facility. That trip is a half hour. I see on the reservation that she needed the shots but nobody checks the reservation for that. We drop our dog off for day care every week. There seems like there should be a way that your people could just make a friendly reminder that the shots are going to be needed for a next visit or do something to remind a person of this need. Sure would go a long way to help fix a bad situation.

I like that they allow my dogs to board even though my Malinois does not play well with others. Most other places won't do that. I do wish they had more play time when boarding and it would be great if I knew when my dogs were going out to play so I could watch them. There's something really fun about watching my buddies play in the pool. Great place though.

Great place to board pets. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I feel if your pet is there for more than a certain amount of days they should be given a go home bath complementary. Mine were there for 10 days and were really stinky when I picked them up.
