Always a great experience for our dog and us, although he has a hard time expressing himself.!

Pet Paradise Matthews is great. Each person genuinely loves and tries to get to know my dog. I know when I drop him off, he'll be treated like family, gets lots of playtime and cuddles. Would not take him any place else.

Pet Paradise is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. The biggest perk (in my dog’s opinion) is the pool! I highly recommend Pet Paradise

We use Pet Paradise every time we go on vacation and they take great care of him. We are also able to see him via the Doggy Cam website.

I love Pet Paradise! I take my dog Kaya to the JFK location and she loves it there. she is ready to go when we walk through the door. I really enjoyed wacky Wednesday with the photos. I wish they would bring that back! but overall favorite boarding/ daycare and I fully trust the staff with my fur baby.

We moved to Plano and our dog sitter had moved out of state. I searched and searched for places that would give our dogs plenty of exercise and time out of the crate. We LOVE Pet Paradise on Premier. The staff is so great with our fur babies! They actually get excited when we pull up! They come home exhausted from day camp too. Such a great spot!

The staff at this location are very friendly. My sweet girl had a great time being loved on!

It is a great place for play. We don't board since there is no night staff at all. My dog is excited to go there every day and loves the staff. She is worn out by the end of the day. I love that they limit the amount of dogs and keep them by size in different areas.
