We are extremely satisfied with our experiences at Pet Paradise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is extremely clean! I feel comfortable leaving our puppy for daycare and will definitely use them for boarding in the future!

I have to travel a lot, and it was important to me to find a place where I felt comfortable having my dogs stay. Pet Paradise was the first place I looked at after moving to Phoenix- and I never had to look anywhere else! The staff is incredibly nice (they always greet my dogs by name), the groomer does a fantastic job, and, most importantly, my dogs are actually happy to stay there. Boarding my dogs there feels like taking them to a fun summer camp where they can play with all their friends!

Pet Paradise is a great facility. It very clean and pleasant. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They love Jezzy. I have been using them for 4 years. Previously I went to Pet Paradise in Sanford when I lived over there. I live in New Smyrna Beach now. I take her to the Ormond facility now.

I am very happy with how they treat my dog. Libby is always well cared for and is happy to go to Pet Paradise but still loves me when she comes home.

This facility is super clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I have confidence my dog is well taken care of and she comes home tired. Additional bonus is you can watch on web cam from home and they have supervised swimming in a beautiful pool.

We use George for grooming Baxter, our Golden Retriever. He is getting the best cuts ever from George. Our boy is 9 and he is always excited to see George. 5 stars.
