Since Lucky wasn't straining to get out the door that's a good sign for me. I thought the report card was cute. The cost of boarding was expensive ($44 per day) and the staff was friendly. I'll bring him back for short stays and continue with getting his nails clipped here. 4 Stars is a high rating for me

Great place for daycare. Just make sure you know what time your puppy dog comes in if doing half day (to avoid paying for a full day).

The staff is very friendly and they love my babies. My youngest is so energetic, but when I get her back she is so tired. I love it!

Facility and staff at the Palm Coast location are great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the pricing. It's at a price that we have to start looking for alternative locations or home boarding companies.

The staff is great with dogs, but wish they had a webcam that I could check on my pet during the day.

My dog loves going to pet paradise. It is a great place with very nice workers. You can also watch your dog on the cameras while you are at work! As soon as you walk in the workers know your dog by name and remember any special accommodations with them. They have an inside and outside playground, and a pool! The only reason why I did not give it a 5/5 rating is because one day my dog came home and the pads on her feet were burnt off. I took her to the vet and they said its from the hot pavement outside and my dog running around and tearing them up. I called and informed the lady that answered the phone and she said she never heard of that before or had any other complaints. Which was weird because we are in FL and it is a common problem. I have not taken her back since this incident, but I do plan on taking her back when the weather cools down and I know the pavement wont be too hot. Overall, the place is great and the managers are super nice. The one incident isn't going to stop me from going because I know they really do take care of the animals, and I do trust them while I am at work.

Our doggies love this place. It puts a smile on my face to boarded them at Pet Paradise.

I am happy that we have Pampered Pets, but I wish that we had more transparency. We spend a lot of money there, but have no idea if we are actually getting what we pay for. Many pet boarding facilities have cameras so owners can view their pets. I would like to advocate for this to occur here.
