Absolutely one of the worst facilities I've ever boarded my animal app. My dog did not the playtime that I was told he was going to be receiving both of my pets. My dog food constantly went missing they wasted a whole two big Ziploc bags full of dog food and did not reimburse me for it. The pools absolutely disgusting I saw dogs peeing and pooping in it and then dog still playing in it. The staff was okay not very knowledgeable just kind of wanted to get me in and get my money and rush me out did not feel very welcomed and the front lobby smell like pee. It's so sad that the company has a very great idea and nobody there knows how to execute it properly I would never recommend this company to anybody I do not feel that it is safe for my pets or anyone else's.

My dog got injured at the facility and no one had their story straight on what happened. Still unclear as to what happened to my pet. Very unprofessional and rude over the phone as well. Spoke to 5 different employees. The facility manager and assistant manager were kind over the phone. Still have not gotten a follow up to see how my pet is. I work in customer service, if something bad happens and a pet gets injured, you may want to think about calling the owner to follow up. Will not be going back to pet paradise again. It’s unfortunate because the first visit was great

Love this place!!my toy poodle goes there for daycare and boarding The facilities are beautiful and immaculate. The staff are outstanding 🤙My dog is my baby and I checked other places!

The manager is fake and judgmental. She holds grudges based on jealous gossip about her customers who spend a lot of money sending their pet to daycare 20 day’s a month. Management makes it or breaks it.. in this case, Tesa, you broke it.

Amazing place. Won't leave my doggie anywhere else. Safe and clean and the dogs get to interact.

My cat was the only cat in their care and just hours after dropping him off, we were told his eye had been injured. The injury was severe and I am still taking him to the Vet 3 weeks later for care for his eye, at my expense. The manager herself was involved in the incident, never apologized and handled the entire incident very poorly. She rinsed out his eye without any authorization when he should have been taken to a Vet. Fortunately we were able to travel back to take him to our Vet within 24 hours of his injury, which is the maximum time to see a Vet for any eye injury. You should feel comfortable boarding your pets, knowing they are safe. Pet Paradise Tallahassee does not live up to that standard.

My dog went to the resort for several years with no major problems. The last year and half staff changed and to many of their long time employees left. The new employees not trained well or negligent ( I can't say which one). A lot of training is needed for this resort and hopefully with the new manager they will do just that.
