Good treatment.

Staff members are friendly and the facilities are clean and impressive. We love the notes that come home with our dog. I do wish paperwork could be transferred directly between locations for faster service. The 1-day stay cost is a bit expensive, although the subsequent day stays are reasonable. Overall, we are very happy with Pet Paradise and will return.

The service, attitude and care for your fur babies is unsurpassed. The cost is high, but obviously, I think it's worth it. I would use them more often if the cost was lower. I know they take good care of my 13 year old lab and my younger one gets the play time he needs.

Pet Paradise is a great place to leave your beloved pet. I never went anywhere because I was not sure who I could trust to watch my dog. I started taking him to doggie day care here and he loved it. So whenever we go out of town now we always take him to Pet Paradise. The employees there are great.

It was our first time at Pet Paradise leaving Max and Bentley for 12 days. Reservation was easy. I only had three hiccups with Pet Paradise. However I would give them another shot because issues were addressed. 1) Mix up on grooming of Bentley (Mini Aussie) did not get what was ordered. 2) Bentley is a female and all correspondence from start to finish the team at Pet Paradise kept calling or referring to her as a boy/male :( 3) There was a $15.00 discrepancy that Pet Paradise tried to collect several weeks later however the gentleman waived the $15.00 after we spoke about the above issues that had occurred.

It's a great place, just a little pricey.

Everyone there is very friendly and treat the pets so well. Would definitely recommend Pet Paradise.
