You would have had 5 stars but for the fact that you almost gave my dog away to another customer. It was only avoided by my timely arrival to pick her up.

Staff is great and they do a great job with the pups. My dog always leaves happy and tired. I don't like their camera system since it's always in and out. Their baths are also pretty bad. Both times I've paid to have my dog get a bath it seems like they just threw water and perfume on him. He doesn't look any cleaner.

Great place but the cameras were not as available as advertised. Out of 7 cameras we were only able to view 2 during our week-long vacation.

I’ d have liked even better if they had a camera in the suit not just in the playground. My pet was very happy when we picked him up. It shows that he was treated well. The staff very nice and friendly. We’ll bring him again when needed. We recommend Pet Paradise. It’s a peace of mind to know that your pet is well taken care of.

We like your place, but the grooming is taking to long. It used to take about an hour, the last time it took 3 hours?

You guys rock in taking care of my furbaby. She does enjoy yourself and makes alot of human friends. I like that the facility is pretty much clean and not smelly considering its for animals. You guys do a great job!

The staff is incredible and does a wonderful job. If possible, I would like to see some upgrades such as fresh paint and more odor control. It really is a great place and the staff makes it so great!

New manager can try to acknowledge the customers, don’t just walk past.
