Unsafe conditions
First, I will that my dog loved going there. They provide a really fun environment and great exercise opportunities. The problem is that is an UNSAFE environment. My dog has been injured twice in the past year. The first time I was not informed and noticed an obvious bite mark on her neck when I brought her home. They acted surprised when I brought it up. The skin was broken and there was some blood. It is inconceivable that my dog didn’t yelp when this happened. Even with that I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Recently my dog received a puncture wound that requires staples to close. They claim they looked at video to try to determine what happened and they couldn’t figure it out. So, this condition which injured my dog is still apparently present. I de died that my dog WILL NOT be returning and asked for a refund of money I paid in advance. The response to my request? I was completely IGNORED. In addition to providing an unsafe environment they lack even basic professionalism. Take your animal there at your own risk. I fear that if I brought my dog there again I would be putting her life at risk.
