The webcam was not working today . Shame, as I could not watch my dog periodically throughout the day

I enjoy the friendly customer service when we come to both me and my dogs. The only things that I wish that was more convenient was the ability to accommodate my pet during peak days and the pay $100 prior to arrival. This new process is different than the previous owners and sometimes means that I can not board because I need to make the reservation for peak times but not have the money until later.

Great service and safe environment.

Wonderful place to leave your pet when going on vacation. We left Max for two weeks while we were on a cruise. He was well taken care of. While he was happy to see us when we picked him up, he also seemed attached to the folks who cared for him. Lots of love here! Only problem (I hope they fix this) is the “live web cam.” I hope they are able to have a schedule, shared with customers, of when they have ones pet out in the play area outdoors. After seven daily check ins I was only able to catch Max once on camera....and, as you may know, you pay for wi-fi on cruises. We had 250 minutes of free wifi so we were limited.. In addition, there needs to be more views of the faaciliy, more online cameras.

Wolfe loves pet paradise. The only problem is feeding. We take our baby’s food but when we pick him up, we get the majority of his food returned. I have addressed the problem with his food with the manager and I believe the issue will be resolved. We have been using this facility for at least 7 years. The problem with his food has only occurred within the last 2 1/2 years. I still trust them with caring for my pet

I have no clue what my dog did all day, I dont get some sort of report. I want to know if she got along with other dogs, how long she played outside, etc.

This is a great place for your pet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes they don't honor the extra padding requests. I like the idea that outside blankets are not allowed but I requested extra padding for my short hair dog and it was not provided because she came home with sores on her pressure points. Overall, great facility and staff.

Out experience has been good. However, know somone whose pet got kennel cough from there so a little leary.
