Very clean and friendly staff

Lovely setting; well-staffed; my dog comes back happy. Could use a bit of general feedback. Overall, really pleased with Pet Paradise and will continue to use it.

My dog and I both love this place. They love Moose and are always happy to see him. I would give them 5 stars but they do have a lot of turnover at the front desk which can cause some confusion however the staff that care for the pets has been pretty consistent and great. The veterinary staff is very good also.

My dog and I both LOVE Pet Paradise. I would normally give it 5 stars, but it is a little pricey. It is more expensive than the other dog kennels/day cares in the area.

My dog is happy here, but I wish they would dry her completely when they bathe her before pick-up.

We’ve been clients for many years and we’ve never been disappointed except for once when we were about 10 minutes past closing time to pick up our dog due to a weather event causing our flight to be late coming in and we were charged an extra day.

My dog has had many stays at Camp Bow Wow before but never at Pet Paradise. This was a new experience for her and us. I notified the staff that she was very skittish around other dogs. I also notified them that she would most likely not eat the first day. When I came to pick her up, they didn't have a report for her. After a little research, they said that they were only able to put her out with one other dog. I didn't get any pictures of her. I was also surprised to see that all the dogs were locked indoors when I came to pick her up because it was raining. There were two dogs in an inside kennel that had diarrhea and peed all over the floor. It looked like nobody had looked in on them in several hours. Certainly not the thing you want to portray to a new owner. It was also expensive, so unfortunately I do not have a good value for the money experience to share yet.

I don't like that we have to pay to see our baby play, but overall they were great.
