Very nice place. Very clean with professional employees. My dog loves staying when the rest of the family and I go away. He loves the girls there and sometimes seems to feel torn between coming home or staying. I only wish there would be more pictures posted, or an email of how he is doing. He usually stays for 10 to 12 days at a time. Live video access would be nice to have back too!!

We researched several places to leave our two little yorkies.Pet Paradise was the best! We were leaving for more than two weeks for a different continent. It made us feel assured that our lil pups would be taken care of while we were gone. It helped knowing that there was a vet on staff also. The staff was all so nice and seemed to enjoy the animals. We left feeling happier knowing they were in good hands.

The last day they forgot to feed her the food I gave her. They said they couldn't find it. When my daughter picked my dog up she noticed that there was a bag of food left that I gave them. She went back to ask them why they didn't feed her. They said we couldn't find the food and they didn't even tell her. I wasn't impressed with the response they gave her. My daughter recommended for the manager to call me and let me know what happened.

Our pups love spending time at Pet Paradise. They always seem to be happy and healthy when we pick them up. However, sometimes our instructions are not always followed.

My only complaint is how difficult/impossible it is to access the play yard cameras. We like to check on him and watch him play so it would be helpful if that was made easier again.

I've brought my dog here for doggie daycare about 4 times on a Saturday and I feel their playtime outside is very minimal. I asked a staff member how many times a day do they go out and she replied, "well, we were short staffed today, so about 20 minutes 2 times today." That's not enough for my dog from 9-5 all day. Dogtopia was better for active breeds in my opinion.
