I ordered 3 magnets, supplying 3 different poses. They tout to be “custom engraved”, What I got in return were 3 of the same exact generic models likely re-cycled for popular breeds. It was hand painted, but the quality of the paint was poor. My dog has light tea-staining in her beard, and instead they plopped down brown paint it looked like she had dunked her face in mud. I ordered a laser etched key chain too. That was the only item which was satisfactory. All of this is outsourced to Chinese manufacturers, where it ships directly from China and takes at least a month to deliver. I got this as a Christmas gift for my wife as my dog had recently passed, it arrived 3 weeks late. Quite frankly, I’m embarrassed how much I paid for such poor quality $228.98! I’m all the more upset because there are reputable vendors who offer similar services, but actually deliver on their product. I’ve lodged a complaint but have to receive a response. From what I’ve read from other reviews, it’s unlikely to get any traction.

Do not waste your money! Something needs to be done to shut down this company. The good reviews on this page are obviously fake and you can tell they where written by the same person.

Hugely dispointed as feel Ive been scammed! ordered begiing December for Xmas came mid January. Sent picture of Albert our bullie with his mouth open and just got a generic bulllie head that other than colour does not look like him. How can they profess for them to bespoke if they dont even follow the photo you sent

Would not recommend, I ordered two magnets and neither looked anything like the pictures provided, the Lab looked like a beagle and the spaniel looked awful. I could have ordered generic magnets of any dog and it would have been better, instead I’ve paid £60 for rubbish. There were also meant to be Christmas gifts ordered on the 6th December and I’ve recieved them today. Terrible do not waste your money.

The item took approximately two and a half months to arrive. Communication via email slow response, and no refund was offered when requested. They only responded to my inquiries once the item was scheduled for delivery. This is disappointing, as I order the item a month and half in advance before Christmas.

There are a lot of negative reviews here, and frankly, I don’t really understand why. I received two replicas of my cat’s faces in the mail yesterday exactly as advertised and was absolutely floored at how detailed and accurate they turned out. They hand painted every flaw and detail on their faces down to single strands of grey hair. Is it 100% accurate? No of course not, that would be practically impossible. But it’s extremely close and enough so that I recognize the unique features and iconic faces of my beloved boys. The finished product walks the line perfectly between professional artistry and homemade project produced with careful consideration and attention to detail. Ignore the negative reviews and take a chance on this company, they are super kind if you have concerns and want to reach out to them with questions. Extremely happy with my purchase and I now proudly display them on my fridge.

If I could give no stars I would. Total rip off. Received damaged to add insult to injury. Looks nothing like the picture I sent of my dog. I have now been blocked by the seller - that tells its own story. Trying to get money back via my bank.
