I’m beyond happy with the result. You can truly see the love and dedication they put into every little detail. They perfectly captured my pet’s essence, from the colors to the expressions and all the tiny features that make them unique. They are incredibly detail-oriented, attentive, and genuinely make the effort to create a sculpture that looks as close to your pet as possible. The craftsmanship and quality are amazing.

I received a figurine that perfectly resembles my pet—they did an excellent job recreating it based on the photo I provided. The communication was professional throughout, I highly recommend them.

The figurine that I received looks very much to my souldog who I miss. Now I have something to hold when he comes in my mind and I miss him. The first one that was created didn't but they assigned it to another artist who did a great job. I had to wait a lot but it was worth it.

I ordered a Handmade Personalized Full-Body Pet Figurine from PetPalsDIY and was very satisfied with both the product and the service. The figurine was nicely made and looked a lot like my pet. Customer service was helpful and responsive, working with me to make adjustments so the figurine would better resemble my pet. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend PetPalsDIY to others looking for a personalized pet keepsake
