Ordered a Catcalm defuser from them . No acknowledgement that I’d ordered . Waited and waited . Emailed customer service - no reply . Asked for a refund then finally got an answer it had been shipped . Told delivery should have happened . Clearly not . It took weeks for it to come . Then when it did it’s on cheap knock off packing looking extremely dodgy and called FeroCat ? Would not buy from them again . Thought it was a scam and still uncertain whether products are genuine . Awful .

Horrible customer service! Extremely sloooow shipping. I mail them to check on delivery they respond: "Your order was already processed and shipped. Tracking information should show additional movement within 24 hours." When I check tracking in 24 hours USPS STILL has not received the package! It's been 7 days and still not shipped!

Achtung. Ich kann nur eindringlich vor diesem Shop warnen. Wenn man seine 90-Tage-Geld-Zurück-Garantie geltend machen will, reagiert niemand. Absoluter Betrug!

Terrible company. They don’t respond or communicate unless you file a complaint with your bank or PayPal…. Don’t use them!

Trying to support a local business in NJ (Petlife). They have great products and prices, but what a shame they are poorly managed. Deceptive marketing, and despite what they advertise they don't value their customers. They provide no customer service - they are unresponsive via phone or email. What a shame!

Waited 3 weeks, and my order hasn't shipped. Contacted customer service for a reason why the order hasn't shipped. One week later I get a reply that they will look into it. I waited a week to receive anymore information. My order still hasn't shipped, and my messages have gone unanswered. My money was stolen 4 weeks ago. I doubt I'll ever see my money again, or see my order shipped. I wish I had looked into this website before I purchased.

Horrible shipping and service. ALL EXCUSES WERE USED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION DISMAL, and SLOW. To top it off, they short shipped me on items. I did receive the refund for the unshipped items. Prospective customers need to be aware of these problems. Use AMAZON or CHEWY for the best service.
