Nice product but the cord is not long enough and I'm not sure if I can use an extension cord. My kitchen does not have receptacles close to the floor.

Great experience. Shipping a little slow

The product arrived quickly, and was easy to assemble. My boys are 8 yrs old, and weren't too sure about the "flowing" water. So I left their old water bowl next to it for a week, then took it away. Now they are quite happy to drink clean water. And I am happy to give them something safer to drink.

I returned this. It was not very heavy at all; in fact, much too lightweight. But the thing that made me decide to return this item was that in the care and instructions, it said that a filter and something else needed to be changed every two weeks. Nothing extra came with it so I’m assuming you would have to find that online and then buy them as well.

Works very well! We have 4 cats and it feeds them over a week before needing to be filled. They were a bit afraid of it but after a few days we comfortable with it and eating well. We have a place in the mountains we like to stay for several days and maybe even a week at a time and prior to this feeder we would have to run home every 2 days.

My cats really enjoy their water fountain.

Love this idea and well made toy! I've had this for a few weeks but just recently unpacked it. My 6 yr old cat hasn't spent much time with it yet but is intrigued with this speedy little mouse. Reminds me of my robotic vacuum: areas need to be blocked off to allow the mouse to roam freely without too many obstacles which it handles well enough until it goes under my TV console where there are cords. I just need to resolve those tricky spots. Great toy.
