Excellent service, good communication, fair prices.

Used them years, literally. The food I had delivered apparently has developed delivery problems. It happens. Do they let me know so I can make other arrangements? Do they make a suggestion to keep the deliveries coming on time? Nope. They just shed the vitamins. No food. Then as a bonus, they have some sort credit card issues, the same card in use almost daily with no issues, do the figure that out or offer help? Nope. They freeze the whole order and don't let me do make any changes. Spoke to the online chat bot to which he basically said, "see ya". Hello Chewy.

The product was the correct one.......it was delivered in a timely fashion..........the packaging, however, was not very good..........one of the 33# bags split completely open and had pieces of the dog food all over the box. So, the reality is that I ordered 2 bags of dog food and received 1.5 with the rest loose in the box and had to be thrown away.

Package arrived on time with everything in it.

The sole purpose of my purchase was to buy a large bag of dry dog food. I added an additional treat, completed the checkout process, and awaited my order. A few days later, I received an email that the dry dog food was out of stock-- and I just received a bag of treats. I'm not sure why this wasn't out of stock on the website, but a huge letdown to say the least. Will just go purchase food in-store somewhere.

Order is always on time. Easy to manage auto shipments and modify quantity and shipment dates. Subscriptions should be rewarded with more of a percentage off.

Not very good. I switched to PetFlow from Chewy for my cat food. I have it auto ship come to find out they don't ship partial orders or tell you that an item is not in stock so so cat food. I had to get it from another source. May not use them again.
