This pet food delivery company is great because I have been able to find certain foods that the other companies didn’t have. The only downside is the shipping is not as fast as some of the others. There have been several times I’ve had to supplement my dogs food because my order took too long to ship or delivery was late. Just have to change the frequency of delivery.

Customer service is good, communication is lacking. Lately, when I have been trying to order prescription food for my cat, I am able to order the item, only to receive no shipping notice or any communication regarding my order. Then, when I email a week later to ask why I haven't received any notifications, I get a response from customer service saying that it hasn't shipped because they are having trouble receiving the product from the manufacturer. This has happened more than once now, and my cat needs prescription food to help with her kidneys. If you don't have the product in stock, please mark it as out of stock on the website. Failing that, it would be great to get an automatic email stating that orders may be delayed due to manufacturer issues. I have a chronic illness that leaves me virtually housebound, so not being able to rely on Petflow to receive the items I order (or even communication stating that I may need to go out and get the food from another vendor) for my elderly cat is concerning.
