I love the product--and, importantly, so do the cats. I remain completely at a loss, though, as to why you keep sending loose items. If I order a case, chances are that I want the case--box and all. A pile of loose cans or pouches doesn't really help ... and you pretty much always short me one or two items this way, too. I wish there were an option to wait a couple days for a proper case, rather than hoping to "win" this week's order lottery.

Their inventory selection is excellent, the pricing is always competitive, the online purchasing process is outstanding, packaging and delivery consistently flawless. On those rare occasions when a problem occurred, PetFlow stepped up promptly, professionally and honestly. As importantly, PetFlow Customer Service has always been about the CUSTOMER! PetFlow staff, no matter their function, have always been thoughtful, polite, professional and responsive. If more than 5 stars was permitted — PetFlow has earned 5+ stars in our experience.

My mini dachshund only eats verus. You were sold out. A week later you had the largest bag in stock. I had to get much more than I needed rather than risk running out. Maybe the ferrel cats in the woods will eat it. What's the shelf life of verus? Now I must find a second source of verus.

Order was not placed on the day it was promised. When I phone in the next week to check on it, I was told it would go out on Monday and be at my home on Wednesday. After waiting all day Wednesday for the order, I phoned again only to find out that the order was delayed until Friday, when I would be out of town on vacation. The girl I spoke to over the phone was very unapologetic and rude when I told her that I now had to go out and find some dog food for my pet sitter at the last minute. She blamed it on FedEx, and then just ignored me when I mentioned that FedEx was not responsible for the order being placed several days after it was promised to go out.
