I like that Pet Flow is accurate with the information they share with me and the options I have with my orders. That's really important to me. I'd also like to ask that the DM food I get from now on be the "savory select" cat food instead of the "pate" which my cat won't eat. Thank you.

Happy with the product however when I ordered it said it would ship immediately and 2 days later it finally shipped. I needed the dog food and with that 2 day delay it made me go purchase a smaller bag to get me through.

Very easy online ordering and pretty fast delivery. I’m not able to purchase Fromm Dog food where I live. I actually found PetFlow on Fromm’s website.

I ordered the dog food on March 5th. Still waiting delivery. It's been almost two weeks. My orders from Pet Flow in the past have been delivered quickly.

Shipping takes too long. But I can deal with that. What is unacceptable is when you have items listed “in stock” when you really don’t. Specially when it comes to items that need a veterinarian prescription. I DON’T CARE how big of a company you are. That’s why they have computers and programs that can take care of those logistics. If an item sells out. Which happens. It shouldn’t take more than a week to hear back. And only took a week because I WAS the one who called. NO ONE reached out me. I’m NEVER ordering from you guy’s again. I’ll stick to Chewy..
