Great prices & fast service

Very easy to maneuver PetFlow's web site. They carry the 15lb bag of NutriSource Grain Free Country Select Entree Dry Cat Food that we prefer. We don't use auto re-order because there is no set time when we have to re-order and PetFlow always ships quickly when we do order. This recent order ran a little later than usual, however, PetFlow kept us up to date on it's status and it ultimately arrived in a timely matter.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from them for the first time. And I will continue to order as I am very pleased.

Package ripped open food spilled everywhere

I would give you FIVE stars, but you realy deserve three stars. WHen it comes to ordering prescription dog food four times, it finally went through! They said they couldn't get a hold of my vet, even though I gave them the number. They told me the prescription wasn't valid, but it was. They want YOU to mail the script in! They kept going to the wrong vet FOUR times including after calling them and telling them that, three times! Even the pharmacist for petflow is the same way! TOTAL DISORGANIZATION with the pharmacist. They did make up for the problem, and that's why I gave them four stars! They have some good deals. I would buy from there again... I think.

Product was what I ordered and it came timely, however the amount of packaging used was outrageous. The 2 very small containers I ordered came in an extremely large box that could have fit at least 20 of the same size bottles. Recyclable or not, packaging to fit the size of the order is preferred.

Good prices and fast shipping but don’t bother subscribing for anything because they always run out and when it’s ship time if they don’t have neither do you or your pet! It constantly happens to me and I have to quickly order from Walmart because you get notification saying they are out on the day it’s supposed to ship! If they didn’t have the lower price on my bird food I’d dump them in a minute!

Very easy with ordering our dogs’ prescription dry dog food.
