I've removed one star because the shipping time has increased two-fold from when I was ordering previously. It seems that the past 6 or 7 deliveries have taken nearly a week, or longer in one case, and I used to always receive my dog's food inside of 3 days - not sure what happened, but it seems a diminishing order experience. Also, the box was split and one pack of "treat" chews was missing of the two I ordered. Really hope no more stars have to come off!

Petflow canceled my order twice without informing me one single time, and in fact confirmed the order many times. They're lucky my dog didn't die or starvation!! Definitely reporting to BBB

The website wouldn’t let me change my quantity to 1 bag instead of two so 2 got shipped to me! Not happy, please unsubscribe me because it won’t let me do that either.

I adopted a new puppy and needed to purchase a particular brand of food to keep things consistent for the little one. I was happy to see PetFlow had the food as well as a couple puppy items I needed. Upon checkout, I successfully applied a 20% off promo code and PetFlow successfully applied a credit I already had on my account to the order. After placing the order, I received an email copy of the order, but the final total had miraculously changed and was 20% higher than it was at checkout. I contacted Customer Service including a screenshot of my checkout total and they explained they had noticed a miscalculation after I placed the order and had corrected it on my final receipt. I emailed back requesting they look again, as the itemized receipt I saw at checkout looked correct to me, but it seemed my 20% discount was now removed. They replied, but with basically a copy/paste of what was said before. I didn't have the energy to continue emailing, especially after providing a copy of the itemized receipt from checkout and receiving canned responses in return. I'm not sure how you can agree to pay one amount and then have the total increased after check out with no explanation or notification citing a change. I didn't care for the experience.

Poppy has allergies and I never thought he would eat lamb. Tried it as a last resort and he eats it right up.

I places a order for 27.00 I was so happy you had the bones that my dog will only eat. You took my payment but never shipped my order. I am very unhappy and so is my dog. Had to go else were for my order..very unhappy customers .
