Packaged in a box. Good idea came intact Thank you

the order shipped in a good shape but the product inside was broken, sunburst pina colada. Still can use it but not happy when it cracked. So many pieces of millets fall out to the main box. Millet spay is small. Also, I ordered bird food and petflow send me the veggie garden for small animals. Don't know dog can eat it or not so I can give it away

When I received my recent delivery from petflow the box was full of ants. I called costumer service because I was concerned the the box contained puppy food they didn’t really care, told me the order was fine and did nothing with my concern

all went smoothly... ordering/delivery... including driver's willingness to drop off 3 heavy litter boxes where i requested.

Easy to buy, fast shipping, good prices.

Order took longer than I thought to receive.

It was a good price for my dog food
