It was my first order with Petflow and it took around a week to receive it. No proactivity from PetFlow. After asking what’s going on it was answered high volume and backlog at warehouse.

1. They sent a coupon code for $50 off $100 purchase. That was amazing so I went to use it and it did not work. They said oh, that was a error, we can give you $50 off $150 ... place the order and we will refund you $50. 2. I place the order and sent them the order number. They said we will take the $50 off, but we will be removing the "autoship" discount you got for agreeing to ongoing shipments. That turned the $50 discount to $35. 3. The food arrived with dented cans - partially due to being put in a box with the cases on their sides(!) with no padding at all. But the cans and the plastic wrapping on the cases looked like it had been damaged even before shipping - dirty and torn. I have received orders like this on a couple previous shipments from PetFlow. I wonder if they sell shopworn stuff that is not direct from the factories? 4. I ordered on 7/08 and did not receive the order until 7/18. Chewy is so much better to deal with and I only order from Petflow if I get tempted by a coupon or sale. I don't know if it is worth bothering anymore.

Pet Flow is efficient and has the products I need in stock. The shipping is usually quick and the prices are stable and reasonable.

Since the site began requiring account verification to login, it became frustrating to shop at the site. Specifically to begin to shop. Verification code emails, and unlike other websites that send this information promptly, PetFlow's emails take up to 30 minutes to arrive. which wastes your time checking email ever minute or two to make sure you put the code in before it expires to log in and make a purchase. If you clear browser data between session or upon closing your browser as I do, you have to go through this every time you log in.

It is easy to order and I'd a question comes up they respond timely and effectively, the prices are better too.

Again you pack my greenies in with a 40 lb bag of dog food. (Same box) what do you think happens to the greenies. The box gets smashed. Thanks . Kevin Kochenour
