Went to purchase a product that has been very difficult to find. Online stock showed in stock a few days later I get a message saying they’re out of stock. Customer support was quick to respond but couldn’t give me any sort of time line for the back order(understandable). I went back to the site to check the item again and it still said it was in stock on the website. I can understand the website being wrong and not sure on the back order, but if I’m receiving an out of stock email the website should be updated and corrected to help other people who I’m sure are looking for the same product.
