They had the product I was looking for and it was cheaper than anyplace else. It arrived very quickly. I would definitely buy from this company again .

Items took long for delivery, ordered an item that was in stock then received an email that the item was actually out of stock and it would ship in an additional few days. Finally received the wet cat food and the cans are dented and one was busted.

We had a minor issue and they offered a solution. Great customer service.

1)Buy one get one free is an attractive offer, until you look at other sites and realize that the price charged is at least $5.00 more expensive than the average price. 2) stating that the box had 24 units is misleading as the box had 12 whole portions, that when broken apart made 24 half portions. 2) shipping took forever. Took several days to even create a mailing label and another couple days to actually ship the order.

The packaging has changed. There used to be a strip of padded paper inside the label side to prevent cutting the bag when using a box knife to open it. I sliced the bag itself because that strip is no longer used.

I ordered 4 12 packs of canned food. They were so poorly packed all 4 sets of cans broke loose from their trays and rolled around loose in the shipping box. A quarter of the cans are so badly dented I'm not even sure they are safe to use.
