On time delivery and fair price

When I placed my order, I had no idea that PetFlow uses two warehouses. One of my items was out of stock in the nearest warehouse. I received an email from PetFlow telling me that my order would come in two shipments, and assuring me that both shipments were on the way. The products arrived a day apart, both in perfect condition. That's great communication, and it's a sign of a great company!

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick

Customers check the expiration dates on your food shipped to you by pet flow. I'm on auto ship for Pulsar Grain Free Prok dog food. My last order i just received, the food was EXPIRED expiration date of 02/2021. I was told the food was shipped from there Las Vegas Warehouse. When i called Pet flow they didn't seem to concern. was told sorry will issue refund. Very unacceptable almost three years expired. My Dogs been sick for two days. PLEASE CHECK EXPIRATION DATE ON ALL FOOD PURCHASED FROM PETFLOW!!!!!

PetFlow has great products at great prices. The shipping is very quick. I will continue to order my pet needs from PetFlow in the future.

Arrived on time and in great shape

Petflow keeps me informed about the delivery of my order. If the product is out of stock, they will find the product somewhere and get it shipped. I,ve not had to wait more than a few days to get my order.
