I love the lower prices at PetFlow. I feed 15 cats so a dollar or two here and there really adds up in a hurry. I used to buy from Chewy but they don't give discounts like PetFlow does. I will definitely keep shopping at PetFlow!

I was very surprised at how quickly the order came and the amount you get for the price you pay is exactly what I would want! I have been trying to find a more affordable place to buy my pet treats and I think this is my new favorite website to buy them from!

When I placed my recent order, it was only AFTER receiving confirmation of the order that an email came to say one of the bags of food was NO LONGER available and that I would not be charged for the item. However, when I asked Customer Service what this would do to the shipping cost, I found out that I would be charged for having less than the $49 minimum. Only by persistent protest that I was not given an opportunity to replace the discontinued food was I offered a refund on the shipping charge. While I am grateful for this, there should be a greater effort made to keep the website up to date on what is in stock and what is not available.

Had the products in and what I was looking for. Easy to use and kept me informed about my order.

Petflow canceled my order and will not ship my item to a different address. Purchasing product to send to a friend and they stated that I was a reseller. I don't resell items. So Petflow accused of reselling and my order was canceled. Called Petflow and someone was to supposed to follow up with me and that never happened. Just buy from Chewy. Much better company and customer service.
