Wonderful service, quick delivery and always polite and helpful.

Pet Flow uses Vet Sorce for prescriptive orders and they botched my order terribly. Buyer beware, I will NEVER try yo use them again. Dealing with Vet Sorce was a horrible experience. They contacted a different vet than the one I indicated in my order. One I have no relationship with and do not want a relationship with. And they refused to work with my vet because she has a mobile clinic. Yet, emailed me that my vet rejected the order due to no relationship. I've tried to file a complaint with Vet Source, but no response.

Still not receiving my order, even when I sent the prescription

Was well satisfied with product, but I put it on automatic delivery every month and the next month they sent email was out of stock, when you depend on a delivery on time for feed for your animals , poor business

This was my first time ordering from pit flow I'm pleased to reveal that order was delivered in a timely and professional manner everything was as it should be and my kitty cat is enjoying every single bite she is a cat that normally does not like anything that contains fish but as I've shared the few items of salmon and other choices she has gobbled them up without walking away a single time that says a lot because she truly is a picky eater but she has enjoyed everything that I have been able to serve that you provided on this first order thank you very much the seller's family including Miss Oreo who loves your food

Quick delivery Boxes were beat up pretty bad but bags were intact which was good because they were left in the rain.

I placed my order and it didn’t seem like it went through. I called the phone number and the person I spoke to assured me that everything went through. He said I should be receiving an email shortly. It took a bit but I did receive a confirmation of my order shortly after. I knew that a prescription was necessary before the food could be sent so I waited for confirmation of shipping which came in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping was quickly accomplished after that.
