Ordered 2 bags of cat food - waited days - got an email that my items shipped - when box came one bag of cat food was in there. The main one I wanted was apparently “out of stock” and no one from the company sent an email to notify me PRIOR to shipping - I would have picked another item had this been communicated. My cats have allergies and I need specific food that is hard to find - time is of the essence and this company wasted time and never clearly notified me of this issue. This company doesn’t care about customer service - would never order from here again and DO NOT reccomend.

I ordered on a Saturday and called on Sunday to see if I could expedite. I wish I remembered the young lady's name she was extremely. since the shipment was coming from Sacramento, we deduced I should have the package by Wed. (which I did). She did message the warehouse the urgency of my package which I am forever grateful for!

What a great experience. A company that does what it says. That is very unusual for a company to honor their commitments. The service provided was fantastic. Ordered items one day delivered the next day.

Customer service is great and delivery was super fast. This is a very good company to deal with and order from. Just wish the Sweet Potato treats weren't so expensive, but that's not the fault of the company or the people that work here.

Always a great experience! We're fully satisfied with our subscription for dry dog food. It's also nice to add in an extra treat on occasion for our pup!
