I would give them a zero star if possible. Really bad customer service. They would like your order sitting for more than 2 weeks with doing nothing to connect with your pet vet office. The pharmacy they are using can only send the email to ask the customer to connect with vet office. They basically will put zero effort to do their job. Really bad customer service. I have to cancel my order and will never order from them again!!!

It's easy to find coupon codes for PetFlow, which makes them the cheapest online vendor for pet care products. They also have great customer service--you can call and immediately be connected to a courteous, professional human that will help you resolve any issues. They were great helping me get a prescription for Royal Canin cat food approved from my vet. I have had problems ordering cat litter, however--both of my orders arrived with cat litter spilling out of each of three boxes. For that, Chewy does a better job. But I will order cat food from PetFlow again.
