Look elsewhere. As Perflow customers for years, we happily looked to their team as a partner in caring for our pets - enabling us to “set it and forget it,” ensuring high quality food arrived to our home regularly. Over the last 6 months, something has changed dramatically and, as of today, we have shifted to a competitor (Chewy). Our orders would arrive half full filled or damaged, with bags of dog food missing or open. Today we discovered that, due to a known, internal issue, our confirmed order just never shipped and was instead placed on hold. Now we’ve run out of dog food, had to scramble for a same day delivery as were traveling for work. All around disappointing experience. Petflow has lost our trust as customers.

The item I bought came very quickly and Muffin loves it.

My Min Pin likes the food it comes timely. Sometimes I have a hard time maneuvering to get the right food on website. I think the developers could do some much-needed troubleshooting there maybe do test runs with people that has never ordered but all in all it’s a great place. they have the food when others don’t.

They have delivered in a timely manner and courteous when I need to call to change my autoship.
