still too big for my yorkie

PetFancy gave excellent service. They were easy to contact. I ordered a size that was too large and they immediately sent a replacement at no extra expense. Their price on the item was better than the company's website offered. I would chose them again.

Received item ahead of schedule! Plus, when what I ordered was not available, received prompt e-mail, approved replacement item & still received replacement earlier than expected!!

We love the dog bed we ordered and so do our "girls"! It's clearly very high quality and arrived much faster than expected.

I had a specific mission before me when I found PetFancy; quality product(s) for my partner pooch. After a thorough search of the web, I noticed that PetFancy carried what I was looking for .. a safety harness for the protection of 'pooch' while in an automobile. Not only did they have an item but they also had taken the time to get the device safety rated to the same standards as we 'humans'. I mean, we're both potential victims in a car wreak, why not test the damn thing! I ordered and have been greatly pleased .. as does pooch after a little adjustment to the device upon her body. While browsing the PetFancy site, I then discovered a bed thar measures exactly to the dimensions of my auto (a Mazda Miata MX5). Now both pooch and I are comfy and safe .. bring on the sun and the top down!! Bottom line .. you may other similar businesses but I don't of many others, if at all, that have taken the time to sell a quality product at a reasonable price to the level of PetFancy. And, yes, their products were shipped timely and arrived in excellent condition. Who could ask for more!

I ordered the click it for my lab, it worked perfect, took a few iterations to fit her snuggly, but directions were clear, worked great, shipped promptly.

Ordered a Jax & Bones dog bed. No one else would ship to us due to the size (had to go USPS). They repackaged it and shipped to us in no time at all!

Our beagles loves his new bed! It was better than advertised. The quality is wonderful and shipping was quick. THANKS for the wonderful, hassle-free experience
