PetFancyReviews of petfancy.com

Very good communication and excellent service. I highly recommend buying from them. I was thoroughly impressed.

Very pleased with the product. Excellent quality. I will purchase again.

The leather dog collars are fabulous! Quality leather collars are almost impossible to find in the beautiful colors you offer. Thank you!

I ordered the Sleepypod Pet Bed. PetFancy order processing was fast, and delivery was prompt. Upon receiving the package, the box label did not match my order (the color was not what I thought I ordered). I emailed customer service about it, and within 2 minutes the representative explained to me that they had run out of shipping boxes and assured me that the right colored Sleepypod was delivered to me. Overall, satisfied with the pricing of the product, timing of delivery, and responsiveness of the CSR.
