Order placed over two weeks ago & still…
Order placed over two weeks ago & still not even close to having my paid for item!! Never ever select the USPS option!!!

We are very sorry to hear that this package has still not arrived. Unfortunately, the US postal service has been experiencing significant delays, something that we have little control over. While our preferred shipping option is UPS, we do offer USPS for those in my ote rural areas where they cannot receive UPS deliveries at their home or as a lower cost alternative. We have reached out to the customer and will be expediting a new replacement order via UPS.
