We are sorry to read that you weren't happy with your tubes. Firestone manufactures many of their tubes in the US, however, their ATV tubes are imported from other countries. If we offered a tube that was made in the US, we would gladly offer an exchange. Ufortunately, we have no suppliers that offer them domestically produced. We have reached out to you by email to see If you would like to return the tubes for a full refund. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we encourage our customers to contact us with any questions they might have before ordering any of our products.

We regret that you had a poor experience in one of our retails stores, however, our online store (petestirestore.com) is a completely different division of our company. This Trust Pilot account was set up for customers who have purchased tires through our website only. That being said, we take all reviews into consideration and and we have shared your experience with our management team.
