We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. That said, we do feel it’s a bit unfair to receive a low rating not because of any issue with our service or products, but simply because you later found a lower price elsewhere. At Pete’s Tire Barns, we’ve never claimed to be the bargain-bin option. What we do promise is exceptional customer service and products that come directly from the manufacturers. That gives our customers the advantage of knowing if there’s ever a problem, we can work directly with the supplier to make it right — something you won’t usually get when shopping strictly on price.
