This company is top notch
This company is top notch. Puts clients first and addresses their needs on an individual basis. I was getting very anxious about a situation and Carlos one of the company's employee helped me out in a professional caring manner and was able to solve my situation. I'm truly thankful for his kindness and willingness to go that extra mile to solve my issue. It's not every day someone comes along like that. Therefore, I highly recommend this company.

Customer service is great honestly
Customer service is great honestly. I had first cancelled and they were super understandable and an employee had helped me through both the cancellation and the reapplication. Simple, fast. Great app.

Great Resource
It was very easy to sign up and I didn't get a bunch of crazy pop ups trying to get me to buy other things either. The dashboard for your application is good and straightforward. The process didn't take very long and Carlos with customer support is very helpful with any questions/concerns you may have. I receive my regular care from telehealth so I couldn't get a letter through my usual provider so this was definitely a life saver !

Great customer service
they were very accommodating to the fact that I had my personal forms to fill out. Even when my landlord was being difficult they were able to give a partial refund, which was very kind given now the cost of business was already spent. Great customer service, Carlos was super responsive and triple checked everything and every choice! Timely forms as well.
