I did not move forward with my ESA letter at this time due to personal reasons. However, I did receive 70% partial refund and that was awesome of you guys! Thank you. Please be sure to cancel WITHIN 24hours .

Just a quick note for clarity: since your consultation had already taken place and your provider was already compensated, a refund wouldn't typically apply in this case, but we were happy to make an exception and offer a 70% refund given your situation. For reference, we do offer a full 100% refund when a letter is denied or a cancellation is made within 24 hours. We appreciate you giving us the chance to help, and wish you all the best!
