Issues with letter but we fixed it
I was having issue's with my letter but they fixed it. One thing I do need to say though is that ESA letter still dont expire under federal law. So unless you want to buy every year then this is great. But other wise not so much. Their customer service is nice but if it something they have never experienced before then they really dont know how to handle it such has my issue I was having with my letter being blank.

Thank you for your feedback. Your letter was sent on October 9 with a text confirming the upload, and our phone number and email are listed on our website in case of any questions or concerns. We first learned of the issue through your review, and as soon as we did, we reached out and resolved it within an hour. The letter opened normally on our end, in our system, and for your therapist. You’re correct that federal law doesn’t set an expiration date for ESA letters. However, most landlords require a letter issued within the last 12 months, and because it reflects a current clinical evaluation, much like a prescription, therapists recommend renewing it annually so it stays accepted.
