We worked with Mary Udd, she was very informative and so helpful. She made sure to send us samples of treatments that were not available in the showroom and kept us up to date on the progress of our order. I always looked forward to working with her and talking to her. You are lucky to have her on your team. We had moved to Florida and could have used people down here but Mary was 100 times more professional, so we kept a long distance relationship. She is a gem and a living doll! I love my kitchen counter stools. From purchasing to delver was easy and smooth.

Great service. Guys who set up the pool table were really nice and competent. A pleasure having them in our home.

First trip out to look, we didn't get a lot of service - maybe because they were pretty busy. 2nd trip everything was smooth sailing!!

The movers were very careful and set our pool table up wonderfully. We noticed one small imperfection on the felt and they came back and fixed it without question. Table looks great!

The quality is outstanding! Delivery was smooth!

Joe and the other salespeople all couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Great experience.

First the selection of products was excellent. We purchased an air hockey and ping-pong table. Store staff did a great job in explaining various models available. The delivery worried me because I wanted the tables down stairs. The delivery guys were able to bring things in thru walkout basement rather than carrying thru house.I was impressed by how hard they worked to get everything set up. Very professional. After a lot of worrying, all well.
