My experience at the showroom was very good; Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called back to place an order for a fire table and cover. The only issue was there was a misunderstanding about what size the cover was going to be. Ultimately, Jeff was easy to work with to get this fixed. My experience at the warehouse for pickup was only 3 stars; the staff was friendly but could not find the table for over 20 min. When they did, they said it was in the wrong spot. They put it together out of sight then loaded it into my car. When I got home, I saw there was a small dent on the side and scuff marks on the finish on top and wondered if it was put in a different spot than they thought due to it was returned previously. Also I wish they would have inspected the table and noticed the dents and scuffs as they were putting it together and told me about them. I suspect it is expecting too much to think these tables will arrive without some dings in shipping so not worth the extra energy and time to return. The table works well despite the cosmetic issues. Will watch closely though for rusting.
