Safe Drivers, but Unreasonable Price Hikes & Cut Schedules Lost a Customer
The drivers are consistently friendly and safe, which I’ve always appreciated, but recent changes have made Peter Pan impossible to stick with. As of September 1st, fares jumped overnight from an affordable $9.99 to $24–$26 depending on the day—nearly tripling in price. On top of the steep increase, they cut the 6:00 AM bus to Logan International Airport, eliminating the exact route I relied on most. Fortunately, alternative options out of the train station offer the same service for half the cost. It’s disappointing, but Peter Pan just lost a loyal customer today.
