Wide selection, good quality products, easy to maneuver around the website, easy to order and checkout, all these very good. For me, the website didn’t respond as quickly as expected, and this causes delay and some wasted time.

We are a very small pet wash/grooming salon. Most of our products come from PetEdge; shampoo, brushes, combs, toothpaste, happy hoodies, etc. I have commented that we never get a break from shipping charges so I only order when my total is over $99. What really go me this time when I tried to order equipment for my groomer and I couldn't get free shipping because the cost of the equipment was not over $2,000?!?!? Yeah that doesn't work for small shops. We will be looking somewhere else to source our items.

Hi there, we understand your frustration with the Master Equipment items having to be over $2,000 or more for free shipping, but please know we do watch our competitors shipping as well and do our best to beat and compete with their shipping costs. We do have several times a year our free shipping offers on our Master Equipment products, so if you haven't signed up for emails or texts as they will alert you when we have the free shipping offer. The website was glitchy on my laptop. The site wouldn't allow me to enter in information during checkout. I had to use my cellphone to go in an complete my order.

This company is great BUT, my package was delivered three miles away to the WRONG address. This was a pricey order. Thank god for the honest homeowner that brought the package to me. Where do they get these incompetent employees ???? Nobody takes pride in there job anymore.
