Hi there, we are sorry you feel this way however, we do clearly specify if items are free shipping for $2,000 or more or if they're free shipping with a purchase of $99.00 or more. We did review your order and the grooming arm and table are part of our $2,000 or more free shipping, and we do see where the other items were free shipping except for the grooming arm, and table. If you feel that your shipping rates were not applied properly, please call us at 800-738-3343 M-F 8am CST to 6PM CST.

Hi there, we are unsure why the website was crashing, but have sent this record to our IT and Marketing Dept. and we do see when it crashed it didn't communicate to receive the free shipping, we have fixed that on our end, and you're getting free shipping. Thank you for letting us know of our website issue, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and hope that we have rectified this for you. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and it was placed on 05/01 at a little after 1pm cst, it was picked, packed, and shipped the next day then was delivered on 05/04. We apologize if you feel that 24hrs for picking, packing, and processing are too long, but from order to door it was 4 days. We appreciate you supporting a smaller business and thank you for letting us know of your disappointment with our shipping. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business.

HI there, we absolutely understand your frustration, we are having issues with a main vendor and are working more than anyone can imagine getting this resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and understand, we are equally frustrated. Thank you for letting us know, and we are working on a better resolution. PetEdge

We apologize for the situation in February, we were happy to give a full resolution to your issue. We used your call as a coaching opportunity, and appreciate the feedback. We were having issues in our warehouse delaying shipping but we are working towards a resolution. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, and we appreciate your business!

Hi there, we were having issues in our warehouse, however, they have been resolved. We do see your order was placed on 03/06 after hours and dropped into our warehouse on 03/07 and we do see your items were picked and packed which takes 24/48hrs, and then on the truck on the 12th and to your door on the 16th. PetEdge is a smaller business and is not open on Saturday and Sunday. We do see you chose the 1-7 business days shipping option, and even with our warehouse issue we still made the package to you within the time frame allotted as business days for us and for our shipping are M-F. We apologize for any misunderstandings and know that we were working through a major warehouse issue, that is resolved. Thank you for your patience and thank you for choosing PetEdge.
